Stuffed Peppers
1/2 pound Ground Deer (You can use ground beef instead)
4 medium green peppers
2 cups prepared white rice
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Cup Cheddar cheese
- Pinch of Unicorn Salt
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Red Pepper flakes to taste
1. Brown the deer meat in a large skillet. Transfer to bowl.
2. In skillet melt butter and whisk in flour to form roux. Slowly whisk in milk and cook on medium till Béchamel thickens. Stir in Parmesan and season to taste.
3. Mix in the ground deer and rice. Let flavors combine.
4. Divide mixture and stuff each pepper. Top each pepper with 1/4th of the cheddar. Bake at 375F for 25-30 mins.
