1 Cup Bulgur Wheat
1/2 medium tomato
1/2 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup parsley
1/8 Cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon Juice
1. Dice the tomato and onion. Mince garlic. Roughly chop parsley.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, cover with water, and let sit at room temperature for an hour. Refrigerate over night.
3. Season to taste and enjoy! I like it with toast or pita bread.
